~ SONG FOR KUWAIT ~

Oh, Kuwait City,
I long to see you,
Away your brilliant towers.
Oh Kuwait City,
I long to see you,
Away, I'm bound away,
'cross the wide Middle East.
Oh Kuwait City,
I love your people,
Away, your brilliant towers.
For them I'd cross,
Your roaming deserts,
Away, I'm bound away,
'Cross the wide Middle East.
'Tis seven years*,
since last I've seen you,
And admired your brilliant towers.
'Tis seven years,
since last I've seen you,
Away, we're bound away,
Across the wide Middle East.
Oh Kuwait City,
I long to see you,
And see your brilliant towers.
Oh Kuwait City,
I long to see you,
Away, we're bound away,
Across the wide Middle East.
